1. Agreement to Terms
By scheduling or using any of the services provided by Cleaners Unit (“we,” “our,” or “us”), the customer (“you,” “your,” or “client”) agrees to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all service agreements unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
2. Services
Cleaners Unit provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services. Services will be provided as outlined in your booking confirmation or service agreement. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.
3. Scheduling and Cancellations
All appointments are subject to availability.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
If we are unable to access your property at the scheduled time, a lockout fee may apply.
4. Access and Safety
You are responsible for providing safe and uninterrupted access to your property during the scheduled service time. Pets should be secured, and any hazards must be disclosed in advance. Unsafe or hostile environments may result in immediate termination of service.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

Our cleaners take care with your belongings. In the event of accidental damage, we will attempt to repair or replace the item. Cleaners Unit is not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage
Improperly installed fixtures
Items of high monetary or sentimental value left unsecured or unreported
8. Insurance
Cleaners Unit carries liability insurance for damage or loss caused by our staff during service. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
9. Confidentiality and Privacy
All customer information is kept strictly confidential. We will not sell or share your personal details with third parties, except as required by law.
10. Use of Subcontractors
Cleaners Unit may employ subcontractors or independent contractors to perform services. All personnel are required to adhere to our quality and conduct standards.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont. Any disputes arising under or related to this agreement shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within Vermont.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
